Clients aren't showing as online - Chrome

The most consistent to check if Users are supposed to be online or not is the 'Clients' page inside the Console.

Chromebook Clients:

• The Client is a browser extension. If there isn't a Chrome browser open on the device then the extension can't run, causing it to appear as offline. Additional a tab must be open where the extension can execute its code. This means the settings window won't count, along with just a 'new tab' that directly doesn't open a webpage.
• If the customer has switched the Client to be inside a different site, or event tenant/licence, then the Chromebook will likely need to be Power washed for it to appear.
• Without a SECRET a Google Workspace integration is required.
