# Login problems with ESet antivirus

**This article applies to:**
* AB Tutor v8
* AB Tutor V10 (On-Prem)
ESet antivirus blocks one of the functions used by the AB Client to allow remote login to be triggered. In order to fix this, please add a HIPS rule to allow full access to the two parts of the Client:

* C:\Program Files (x86)\ABTutor\Client\Agent.exe
* C:\Program Files (x86)\ABTutor\Client\Daemon.exe
If the computer is stuck in a login loop, ie it automatically logs in whenever you logout, please navigate to the following registry key:

* HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon  
and remove the following entries:

* DefaultUserName  
* DefaultPassword  
* AutoAdminLogon  
* DefaultDomain
