AB Tutor V10 (On-Prem): Clients are appearing as offline when machines are turned on

This can be due to a few questions. First please check that:

• The AB Tutor Client Service is running on the machine
• This device is not listed inside the Central Server's web UI request list.
• There are not two copies of the same device inside the 'All Items' view where one of them is offline and the other is online.
