AB Tutor V10 (On-Prem): Clients are appearing as offline when machines are turned on
This can be due to a few questions. First please check that: The AB Tutor Client Service is running on the machine This device is not listed inside the Central Server's web UI request list. There are not two copies of the same device inside the 'All Items' view where one of them is offline and the other is online. I can see, but cannot connect to, my clients and get a 10060 error message.
