In order to add new account managers to your existing account, you need to: Register a new user Register (https://www.abtutor.com/register) new user that will become a new/additional account manager After login click on 'Manage an existing AB Tutor account' Request to become an account manager by providing the account number of school/company  support Bring your Own Device (BYOD) ?
V10 (On-Prem) AB Tutor can be installed on a machine brought in by a student and will function the same as if it was installed on a machine provided by the school. However when doing this we expect customers to respect the privacy of their students out of hours. Yes, AB Tutor can have multiple tutors connected to the same clients at the same time. There are no configuration changes needed to utilise this facility. There is a known issue in VLC 3.0.6 which causes the video to only show a black screen. This is caused by a bug in the WEBM decoder that causes it to fail if it uses multiple cores. If your Central Server becomes slow to respond there can be a number of different causes. AB Tutor client was installed onto a desktop that was cloned without having deleting the programData directory When the client is installed it will generate a unique identifier for that machine. If this identifier is shared across multiple devices the Central Server will think multiple machines are the same device. In order to update your site you will need to download the latest Server .msi file from abtutor.com. Run it on top of your existing Server installation. Your Clients and Console machines will automatedly update themselves through the use of the 'AB Tutor Updater' service, which is included when installing the AB Tutor Client or Console. When the latest Server version is installed it will take roughly half an hour for all the Client machines to update themselves.
