Uninstalling the Chromebook Client for V10 Cloud

Removing the deployment

1. Sign in to the Google Admin console with an administrator account.
2. Go to **Devices → Chrome → Apps & extensions
3. Select the Users and browsers tab
4. In the left-hand panel, select the organisational unit the extension was deployed to
5. Locate the AB Tutor extension in the app list (extension ID: onhllmieaneapbeigcnhbgmliokmmlon).
6. Click the extension to open its settings panel, then click the bin icon at the top of the panel to remove the deployment.

After Removal

The extension will be uninstalled automatically from managed Chromebooks the next time each device syncs its policies. This usually happens within a few hours, but can be forced by restarting the Chromebook or reloading policies at chrome://policy. * If the extension was deployed to more than one organisational unit, repeat the steps above for each OU.
