Wanting an upgrade from V10 (On-Prem) to V10 (Cloud)

For a quote on pricing, refer the customer the sales team.  
Advise the customer to uninstall AB Tutor V10 (On-Prem) from their machines using a ABCleanUp Utility.

This utility is an exe that will remove all traces of AB Tutor V10 (On-Prem) and earlier from a machine that it was ran on.
NOTE: It is possible that a customer could have V10 (On-Prem) and V10 (Cloud) on together, however it is highly advisable to remove V10 (On-Prem) when upgrading to V10 (Cloud). In the case use of policy effects for either version they may end up fighting each other.
